Shipping time

Domestic: 

Standard shipping takes 3-6 days

Priority shipping takes 2-3 days

Express shipping 1-3 days.

Standard shipping takes 3-6 days

 

International:

Standard shipping takes 1-15 weeks 

Priority shipping 2-3 weeks

Express 1-1 week and a half

 

Other information about shipping:

The processing time is not included in the shipping estimates. The processing time can take about 10-25 business days. Also standard shipping for international packages does not have tracking. Please pick a shipping method with tracking if you want tracking included for international shipping. Priority international tracking is only available for select countries. 

 

Returns and Refunds

We allow refunds on orders that arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. A photo is required.The item must be returned to receive a refund. Shipping cost is non-refundable but we do cover for the return shipping cost in both of those situations for orders within the U.S.

We do allow exchanges if the item you ordered is too big or you'd like a different color. Please contact us in 72 hours in that case. 

 

Wholesale

We offer wholesale on select items. Certain items are not available for wholesale since they take a long time to produce or require too much work. All of our wholesale items have minimums. Visit our wholesale section to see which items are available for wholesale. If you'd like a complete custom design and like a wholesale amount, we can definitely create that for you. However, we will require a minimum. I'll try my best to work with you on that. 

 

Paypal Cases

We'd really appreciate it if you contact us before opening a Paypal case. In most cases, the problem can be solved by simply messaging. It might surprise you at how quickly we can resolve a problem. We work very hard to satisfy our customers and we're open to suggestions if you'd like for us to change anything. However, you are always inclined to open a case, but, most of the time, a problem can be solved and we can make things right, no matter how big or small of an issue it is. We respect all honest reviews regardless of whether or not it's in our favor.

 

Cancellations  

We accept cancellations if you contact us within 24 hours from the time you made the order. If you pre-order an item, we can cancel the order as well. Wholesale orders or custom orders cannot be cancelled. 


Coupon codes:


Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be adjusted. We do not offer price adjustments for products purchased before or after promotions.

Changing the contents of an order:


Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders received, we are unable to change an order once it has been received. However, you can reorder or place a second order. You can do this by placing a second order then we can cancel your first order.
